Could have had a hattrick with a little more luck with the ball getting to him, was always in the right spot waiting.

Chris Wood scores his 8th Championship goal of the season and 11th overall in a 3–2 away win against Norwich City. Leeds are now 6th. Fantastic considering the team had a tough start.

With his current strike rate he will get to 20 goals comfortably, form remaining and no injuries.

Leeds took a while to find form but are on a roll now, which Chris has been an instrumental part of.  I hope the same happens with the Nix now.

I think Chris has showed that if you give him consistent time he will give you goals. Doesn't do that bench role well though

he was looking at buying Leeds a few years back (shares/majority ownership?)

Wood played 90 minutes in a 0–2 home loss to league leaders Newcastle. Leeds fall to 7th place.

Their next match is away to Rotherham (24th) who have conceded 41 goals already in the 17 matches so far. Great chance for Wood to grab another goal. It'll be on Sunday 27th, 6:30 NZ time.

Leeds hold on for a 2-1 with against a 10 man Rotherham side and move up to 5th in the table.

Great positioning and understanding with his winger

Not starting against Liverpool this morning in the EFL Cup. On the bench. Seems strange

Not really, they're more focused on the league.

Subbed on late in 2nd half. Scored offside goal. 0-2 to L'pool.

Can they still qualify for Europe for making the Semi's?... assuming the other finalists are in the EPL and likely to qualify through their final table placing.

Wood played 90 minutes in 2–0 away defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion. At this moment Leeds are 4th with 32 points and a goal difference of +1 but they could fall to 9th at the worst (although unlikely all teams 5th to 9th will win).

on Soccer AM this morning. For those who don't know what it is, it is a "comedy" talk show that usually features 1 current or ex football player, an actor/comedian and a band. It is a mix of skits and chat about football/entertainment/music. It was decent about 15 years ago but is still going on

Edit - on with Chase and Status and Tom Grennan.and Peter Schmichael. He is not dressed like too much of a cod (like most footballers are)

All around that magical 6 yard line Ernie kept talking about. Could have had a tent on the pen spot.

Any news on the injury... would be a shame if he's out given his good form.
