Um, is he eligible? Not born in NZ and hasn't spent 5 years after the age of 18 here. 

Anyone know where his parents are from?

His dad is British. Don't know about his mum, but it doesn't matter: As I posted earlier in this thread: He played for U20s in 2007 WC when he was eligible before the "5 years after turning 18" regulation was introduced so yes he's still eligible.
