The problems with the team start from the top and as much as I like players like Durante and Lia and think they should be allowed to retire at the club, the whole leadership team, including Moss, needs to take their share of the responsibility.

People are attacking Morrison right now, but he's just the chairman of the board and as such would normally not be involved in the day to day running of the business, even Dome has said that he doesn't go to the training very often. The football team is firmly the responsibility of the footballing department and therefore the questions about the team and their performance need to be asked of Greenacre, Buckingham, Gill, and Durante and the rest of the senior players, including Moss.

As good as Moss is I wouldn't mind getting someone with a bit of mongrel between the sticks.

Agree about the leadership team, disagree about Morrison and Dome. As senior managers/executives, if a core part of your business has obvious systemic issues then you need to step in and address them. It's not good enough for the senior management of a football club to say they won't get involved in football matters when the team is an obvious shambles

They obviously need to hire new people, but they don't know how to manage a team - that's why they employee football people.

I know there was a story going around that Terri stepped in when there was a bit of a player revolt against Ricki, and I have no doubt that Morison would do the same thing (if he hasn't already), but they aren't in the business of motivating sports people and probably don't have that skillset.
