The problems with the team start from the top and as much as I like players like Durante and Lia and think they should be allowed to retire at the club, the whole leadership team, including Moss, needs to take their share of the responsibility.

The football team is firmly the responsibility of the footballing department and therefore the questions about the team and their performance need to be asked of Greenacre, Buckingham, Gill, and Durante and the rest of the senior players, including Moss.
