As mentioned by Mrs Mils, has signed for USL club Memphis (who had Elliott Collier for a season, few years back).

Has made 2 late sub appearances (80 & 90 mins) already.

What's his background? Has he played national league before or did he come out of the US college system?

Transfermarkt has him at only one game in the ISPS for Canterbury Utd back in 15/16, but he's been in NCAA soccer for a couple years.

Joined Cal Poly ahead of the 2019 fall season from Salt Lake City CC, who are in the NJCAA, as a junior (two years of eligibility). Covid cancelling the 2020 season meant he probably redshirted that season, so played last season as his final college season. Started 16 games last season as they went 7-6-4 (win-loss-draw) in the Big West Conference, missing only one game through suspension from a red card. Don't really know where he played in NCAA, but in his USLC debut game against Pittsburgh he played at right-back.

He was also a member of that very makeshift U23 squad that went to (and won) the Pacific Games in Samoa in June 2019.

Subbed on in the 88th min (4-0) in a 4-0 win.

Don't think he's been subbed on earlier than 80 mins, in his 4-5 cameos. Though is obviously a pretty good Memphis team (2nd now USL East).

Signs on for Chattanooga Red Wolves SC in the USL League One. Good move for him after only featuring four times off the bench for Memphis 901 last term. Hopefully leads to him featuring more prominently this coming season.

Second Kiwi to make the move to this level, after Sam Brotherton moved to Forward Madison FC recently.

Mods to update his club please.

Not sure exactly how it works in the US without pro/rel, but USL League One is actually the 3rd tier. Below MLS & USL Championship (24 teams with East & West Conferences).

Yes Brotherton's Forward Madison is also in this tier (12 teams & no East/West split).
