Gleason has had off-field issues, so suspect that has retarded his ability to find a new professional club.
Apart from his drink driving conviction, have there been other off field issues?
Rudan gave Nicholls a 2nd chance, so I think he (presuming he is the coach next season) would at least look at Gleeson, if needing a new keeper.
