No manager appointed atm, so doubt they would be signing visas atm. CCM want sellable assets, so doubt it is them. Macarthur is grabbing 'cheap' looking visas, so it might be them.
could brockie have aus citizenship, or at least any easy pathway to one being married to an Australian?
If he hasn't got it at the moment, will probably need 2 years continous residence in Australia now before he can apply. I'm sure SFC would like to have Kosta as a local, so presume even he still doesn't have Aus citizenship.
