Colorado Springs finish their USL season with a 2-2 draw. Currently 11th on the Western Conference table (though a few other teams could overtake them with wins on the weekend), they finish outside the playoffs.
Colvey hasn't played since late August and no idea what he is up to.
I presume Rapids will cut him at end of the MLS season.
Even with his ex AWs coach in charge, and Rapids leaking goals he got few games.
I remember Rudan saying he was of some interest, but would need to trial first. However those comments by the Nix coach, may have just been talk along the lines of 'we are exploring all options to sign more Kiwis' - when really he wasn't serious.
