Stuggart may be happy to do a deal that at least has part of his wages covered and the Nix could get a good player for cheaper than otherwise would be the case. Not beyond the realms of possibility...

I know there have been some people in this thread saying Marco is a success because he is playing in Europe. However, I don't think anyone expected this when he came off one of the best A-league seasons ever. Hugely disappointing to see where his career is right now.

His dad was only his agent very early on. He's worked with a bunch of agents here and in Europe.

Forgot they had Austin. FBK, Troisi, Berisha and Rojas have to perform to keep their place.
FBK will be 34 by the time the season kicks off. I can see him coming off the bench for the final 20 and really causing headaches
