Dibley-Dias's grandfather also played for one of the big clubs in Brazil. I forget which. But obviously his family have a strong connection to Brazilian football, so yeah understandable young Matt dreams of the Seleção. I have no problem with him keeping his options open, as long as he's open & honest with Bazeley & NZF. 

I'd room him with Stamenic. Similar age, and a great example that you can play on the biggest club stage (UCL) through a NZ pathway.

But yeah from listening to the great Between 2 Beers chat with Chris Wood, it's clear in AWs camps captain Woodsman likes to move around the dining tables talking to the whole squad individually, sharing some wisdom & encouragement no doubt.
