Explain please?

Yeah I found it a little cryptic. If he's saying that it was leaked so that CCM knows whats going on and can recruit accordingly then why not just tell them?

Does it relate to the rumor about CCM voiding their contracts in a debt restructure and having to re-sign all their players?
