When, in this situation has a club ever gone - 'well, we're fucked'.
That's a fair point ... however I have never seen our club take things to this level .. and if this is a clear as the PPA say then FFA would have ruled on it a long time ago ... and to the best of my knowledge the Nix / weeJudas contract has not been signed off by FFA ...
AS for the PPA over maybe 30 years of watching them I am yet to find one time when they sided with a club over a player ...
I have no idea where it stands except to say the bush lawyers on this site should open up a practice as their knowledge and expertise seems to have no equal...
