The Mariners believe they will win any legal fight ... however are holding off a tad and looking for a replacement ... if they can find one they will let him go ... if not they will enforce what they see as almost an open and shut case... the rumour is they may be close to finding his replacement ... on the basic better to have a player wanting to play rather than forced to play...
Am I the only one thinks that perhaps WeeMac should have stayed away from the Nix until all this is sorted? We all know if CCM kicks their heels in there will be a massive backlash which could have been avoided had he not already come over.
