I think you guys are maybe getting into the conspiracy territory here. This is a complete mess, but if the PFA info is wrong and the licence hasn't transferred, on the question of whether McGlinchey is contracted to the original entity which apparently does hold the license (not what the story is with the rest of the players) then this kind of makes sense. Big picture it's completely inconsistent, but I don't think it's all this guy's fault.
Wouldn't you expect the "Chairman of the National Dispute Resolution Chambers of Football Federation Australia" to rule on disputes for the FFA?
I agree with McGlinchey's agent though, a complete lack of leadership from the FFA on this whole thing. This should never have got near arbitration, they should have been able to simply figure out to whom he was contracted and go from there
