Hopefully is going to be at least one Kiwi who is going to really shine in this OFC League (probably at South Island United), outside of the identified Nix and Auckland FC pathways.
NZ's talent pool is so shallow that it still ain't that hard to go from the NZ domestic scene, to the AWs or AWs fringes - aka Gillion & Piper - within 12 months. Not when your country has less than 100 fully professional players.
From a NZ context that is what this new league is all about, providing another pro shop window, for guys who otherwise may never get one.
