Sick!!

He's 17y/o, a great technical player, left winger predominantly. Started off at Napier Marist before a stint at a Barcelona academy in 2020. Went viral online for a video Barcelona posted of him doing keepy-uppies on a treadmill during COVID. After a spell back in NZ at the Ole Academy, Riley joined Club Costa City in 2021 and rose through the youth teams there (of which there are many). Trained with Atletico Madrid U19 in 2023, coached by one Fernando Torres

Eligible for England and Bermuda, curiously. Never been in a youth NZ camp, perhaps due to lack of proximity. Turned 17 in December 2024, frustratingly, so not eligible for this year's U17 World Cup
