90 mins as Rapids lose 4-1 at Chicago.

Wynne not in match day squad.

Yet again a Colorado player is sent off. Price at 86 mins.

Rapids 2nd last in Western Conference. Portland currently bottom.

Is embarrassing that Hudson is associated with the all whites.

If you're up for a good read/laugh, check out the Colorado Rapids Reddit. Some no holds barred stuff there. Pretty much everyone going in on Hudson, Smith comes in for some treatment too.

Wonder how long Hudson can stay on after this run of results? Surely the noose is tightening?

If I remember correctly, the main (only?) reason Hudson is around is that the Rapids are still paying the manager that Hudson replaced. Guess they're not too keen on potentially paying three managers at the same time.

Wow, and Chicago only had one win this season heading into this match. Smith does make a complete mess of the second goal.

Yeah I read that too. Surprising really, considering that Rapids owner Stan Kroenke and his Kroenke Sports & Entertainment empire (who also own Arsenal FC) is worth billions. Surely they'd have the funds to cut ties and start fresh with whoever they please. Seems a bit strange to me that they wouldn't just fork out and get sacked managers off the payroll, but then again I'm not privy to how the club is run and it's day to day financial situation. Just seems very odd from the outside looking in...

Smith and Wynne both 90 mins in a 1-0 loss in Atlanta.

Atlanta last years MLS champs, but were bottom of Eastern Conference.

Winner in 89th min.

That was Smith's 2nd MLS goal this season. And so nearly with a 2nd (hit the post). Got 4 last campaign.

Full 90 mins both him & Wynne (played as CB with Smith).

Colorado remain bottom but closed gap to 3 points on Sporting Kansas (who have 2 games in hand)

Crikey new form team in the MLS. Unbeaten in 3.

Rapids draw 1-1 away at Philadephia Union.

90 mins for both Smith and Wynne (LB).

New coach bounce continues for the Rapids. Beat Cincinnati 3-1.

Still last in Western Conference - but only 3 points behind Sporting KC - who admittedly have a game in hand.

Smith 90 mins.

Unfortunately Wynne was subbed at 17 mins (injury surely). Hopefully nothing serious.

Finishes 1-0 to the Rapids.

Smith 90 mins, and Boxall was subbed after 57 mins (tactical sub I think).

Colorado's dramatic turnaround continues. Won 4 & drawn 1 in their last 5 games!

They now overtake Tuiloma's Portland, to be 2nd last in the West.

However the Timbers have 3 games in hand, plus a whole heap pf home matches coming up.

Both teams could start heading up the table.

Comes on as a sub and gets 20 mins of NT, plus ET as Rapids lose on pens to USL side New Mexico United in the US Open Cup.

Finished 2-2 after ET, New Mexico scoring a very late equaliser (94 mins) in NT.

CB Sjöberg was sent off for Colorado at 72 mins, which I guess prompted Smith coming on.

No Wynne in match day squad.

2nd year in a row Rapids have been knocked out of the US Open Cup by a USL side.

In their defence, New Mexico are a form team in the USL (top of Western Conference).

Doubt Rapids fans will care much anyway, Cup comp doesn't seem to have a lot of prestige. They will be more worried about trying to move up the MLS table.

Wynne not in match day squad. Still injured?

That's 4 wins, and 2 draws in the Rapid's last 6 MLS games. 11th in the West, one spot behind Portland.

Sporting KC now bottom, on GD though with 2 games on hand over Colorado.

Bottom side in the West, the Rapids lead top side LAFC 1-0.

Colorado with 38% possession. Goal Danny Wilson from a corner.

Game delayed since 52 min mark, due to lightning.

Smith starting. Wynne still missing.

Winning ugly, but winning.

LAFC stay top in the West, and Colorado climb to 10th. Though both Sporting KC & Portland below them have games in hand.

90 mins in a niggly 1-2 home loss to New England.

Total 8 yellows and a red (2nd yellow) at 90 mins to Rapid's Kevin Acosta.

Game was delayed 3.5 hours part way through - hence nearly empty stands at match end!

Rapids climb to 2nd bottom (11th) in the West, but their record has massively improved post Hudson, and if they continue this trend should creep up the table.

Timbers remain 10th, and 5 points off the playoff spots. But with a big run of home games coming up, plus at least 1 game in hand on all other teams (3 games in hand on some sides).

90 mins as Rapids lose 1-2 at home to NY Red Bulls.

No Wynne.

Colorado post Huddo, still can't shake their ill discipline problems. Down to 10 men after 33 mins (straight red). They were leading 1-0 at that point.

16 yr old kid sent off (Seb Anderson) actually scored the Rapids goal after 6 mins! Eventual night for the young man.

By game end NY Red Bulls had a whopping 72% possession.

GK Tim Howard had to be subbed at HT. Plenty of drama as usual in Denver.

Full game in a 2-0 loss at Real Salt Lake, that had some late drama, as per typical Rapids.

No Wynne.

All looked good for Colorado, until 89 min mark at 0-0. Then Kei Kamara gets sent off, and they concede twice very late (96 & 98 mins). First being a pen, which Howard almost saves. The Mormons go home happy.
