It takes a pretty decent manager to get the most out of a young squad. Big shoes to fill at Reading when he goes. Can whoever steps up manage the same level of output? Interesting times ahead.
You do have to wonder if this might also be a catalyst for a move higher up the footballing pyramid for Bindon as well - Probably sooner (January) rather than later now you'd think. Selles might also fancy a January raid of the family jewels so to speak, at his soon to be former club. ๐
