He hasn't posted anything in 10 months which suggests he doesn't actively use twitter anymore. A lot changes in that time - like the fact that he was once unavailable for selection may no longer be current. That's all irrelevant anyway, twitter is not the place you inform your national manager of your intentions. Ridiculous.

Twitter is where you show support for your team and team mates, all he does is tweet about his club side.
