Thats a cracking goal...as good an individual piece of skill you would see in any league.
Boyds loan spell in Turkey has turned out really well for him. Its not easy changing clubs in mid season...let alone going right across Europe from Portugal to Turkey, to a completely different culture/language etc. Yet he has performed consistently with goals and assists.
The European transfer windows start to open within the next month. Boyd has truly put himself in the shop window with his performances in Turkey. He would have been scouted for sure. I would expect he will be moving to somewhere higher up the food chain. IMO opinion Boyd could play for a midtable German or French club, no problem.Last season Marseille paid 13 million euros for a winger from Red Star Belgrade. Boyd is 10 times better than this guy.
Happy for Boyd. Obviously worked hard and been driven for his success.
However if above happens he will surely get closer to a Team USA callup. That would be huge pity from a future AWs perspective.
