Another article this time in the Tellie re an interview with Frank Lowy

SOCCER'S commander-in-chief Frank Lowy yesterday laid out his vision for the sport, with a thriving and expanding A-League leading to the hosting of an Asian Cup and then the World Cup.

As Football Australia laid the groundwork for an expansion of the A-League from eight teams to 12, Lowy declared his desire to go eventually to 14 but said the challenges ahead of the sport were every bit as daunting as those overcome so far.

Way to much to post read on if interested

Thats the million dollar question!!!!

Would the FFA ever let a grand final be played in Wellington even if the Phoenix were top qualifiers. The Ring of Fire holds 36,000 and with tempory seating can get up to 40,000.

Not sure they would let it happen...hope this season we get to find out.
