In the first seven seasons of the competition, only seven matches scored television audiences above 100,000. 
This year alone, Sydney FC average over 100,000 viewers per game on Fox Sports - amongst 22 matches to have surpassed that yardstick already this season. 
"That gives you a feel very quickly where we’re sitting,” de Bohun said. “That’s one statistic that sticks out incredibly.
"We also set ourselves a very, very bullish target of a crowd average of 12,250, and we’re sitting about a 12,600 average – that’s about a 20 per cent increase."
