Indeed, it's been 'known' that 2018 will go to eurpope for a while now.

I hope is goes to Europe, actually anywhere but Australia, and then i hope Aussie get it in 2022, i have far more chance of going around then when i'm a bit older in the tooth, and kids left home etc...

There was never any doubt it was going to Europe in 2018. Think Russia might be favourites for mine, they don't like joint bids as much, and its never been to Eastern Europe. Could get pretty hot in June there mind!

My son will be 12 in 2022 - a good age to take the lad to a WC in Oz
