FIJI FIRST FOR NZ

It really annoys me that the Oceania Football folks appear to be running around like headless chickens, changing the World Cup playing schedule . For heaven's sake, shouldn't every FIFA member nation have a stadium that is up to FIFA standards for internationals?  Did the Oceania mob get some ticketek staff or something????   I would rather play Vanuatu first than Fiji in Fiji.  What are others thoughts on this?
