Portsmouth striker Kanu has been linked with a move to prospective new A-League franchise Gold Coast.
The Nigerian international's legal representative Samuel Okoronkwo, claims the A-League hopefuls are keen to make Kanu their marquee player.
Gold Coast, along with a team out of Townsville, are both awaiting a licence to join the A-League.
Kanu has just returned from the African Nations Cup, where he was put out of action by a knee injury suffered in Nigeria's opening match.http://nz.sports.yahoo.com/football/news/article/-/518828/kanu-linked-new-gold-coast-outfit

Harry Redknapp has dismissed suggestions of striker Nwankwo Kanu moving to Australia as a "lot of cobblers".
Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.
