well I guess that took a bit more forward planning than his hamstring injury
I wonder how Sparky Hughes got Mrs Admiral to agree to the plan.

(more seriously, good on the lad though - perhaps another All White or Football Fern in 20 years)

Slightly more original than "My Grandfather just died and I have to go to the funeral", I suppose.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

He had better not be playing in the 2 away games blackburn have coming up then...since she is due any day now.. (bet he does..)

But congrats to him at the same time..

Isn't this something that he would have known about approx 9 months ago? Even 6 months ago Ricki and Mark Hughes would have known. Why pretend he was coming when there was never a real chance of it happening.

Its no longer a problem.

there is a bit of difference between travelling to London from Blackburn to play a game, than to NZ.

I would much rather Nelsen concentrate on doing well for Blackburn than play mickey mouse games like this for NZ.

All I do is make the stuff I would've liked
Reference things I wanna watch, reference girls I wanna bite
Now I'm firefly like a burning kite
And yousa fake fuck like a fleshlight

The best and probably only chance we will see him play in NZ is against the 5th placed asian team, assuming we play this game. So one game every four years. sanday2007-11-09 15:39:22

we might see him on TV in South Africa  - if he's still playing in 2010

good point - Ricky hasn't yet called in a replacement (as you say it's likely he might just have had an inkling

and no, an "Inkling" is not what they call little Blackburn players

apparently NZF knew about this ages ago. Just trying to pull in (pull the wool over the eyes of) the punters in guess

I can't help feeling there was a bit of deception going on. Just a bit more honesty will do me. Sure i want to see him play for the All Whites but understand his position.
