didn't hear all of his piece but when he said "I was talking to Winston.. ah Winston Peters"

it sounded like they were mates

(Well, i guess even the "Minister for Himself" and "Deputy Minister for whining about nasty refs who are mean to the all blacks" deserves one friend.)
