Good to see the Herald giving us some love, we can dream I guess. In this League really anything could happen so we are allowed to dream. My memory isn't that great, but when we beat Newcastle away this round last year who would have thought they would win the League.

Thats was heaps better than the crap dished out on TV1 on Xmas eve news. Basically it was an overview of football. They had nice things to say about the All Whites campaign and even nicer things to say about the womens teams in the WC finals.
But then they moved on to the Phoenix and said something like.." and the only black spot of the season was the continually underperforming Wellington Phoenix who continual to langish mid table in th A-League" I was so furious I almost threw my diner play through the TV.
what is it with TV1? I reckon whoever writes the sports for TV1 is a dickhead antiPhoenix nerd!!!!
Is it any wonder that we struggle to get bigger crowds!!!
