Stuart Kelly to Thailand via Auckland

I'm wondering which Northeastern Thailand club he's agreed 'in principle' too. At present there are only two clubs in the TPL from that region.
I hope it's not Si Saket, as they look like they'll be relegated this season. If they stay up, then fine.I really hope it's not Buriram-PEA, as the c*** that runs the club has no 'principles'. (He's a politician currently serving a 5-year ban from politics for corruption)
I do hope it's Khon Kaen, who look good for promotion at the end of this season.
There are rumours here that TOT-CAT FC maybe relocating (again), this time to Nakhon Ratchasima in the NE, so it might be there.

According to Football Siam, newly-promoted TPL club Khon Kaen FC have signed an as yet unnamed New Zealander. I immediately thought of Stuart Kelly, but the original article in the Herald/Stuff said he was Scottish. Also, the Thai article claims that this particular Kiwi played at the World Cup.

I know David Mulligan was trialling in Singapore, anyone know how that worked out, and if he drifted north to Thailand while there?
Any other ideas who it might be?

Sorry martinb, what I meant was the original article in the NZ press said that Kelly was a Scot, and had agreed in principle to move to a TPL club in NE Thailand after his spell at Auckland City. This gives three possibilities: Buriram-PEA, Si Saket, or newly promoted Khon Kaen.
I'm reading something in Thai that says an unnamed New Zealander has signed with Khon Kaen. On re-reading, I'm not entirely sure it says he's an All White.
Is there anyone here who knows: (a) where Stuart Kelly is going?; or (b) if any other Kiwis are Khon Kaen-bound?

Interesting character Mr Kelly. Spoke to him a few times when he worked @ the front runner in the city center here. Always said he was wanting to try and make it overseas again.

Confirmed in Thai media again today.Stuart Kelly and James Pritchett are moving to Khon Kaen from mid-April, once they're done with commitments at Auckland City.

Stuart played his first match today for Khon Kaen, coming on as a 50th minute sub. KK lost away 3-1 to 3rd placed BEC Tero.
Unfortunately, the game was pretty much over when he got on. Khon Kaen were already 0-2 down, and then conceded from a penalty before he'd touched the ball.
Apart from his very first pass, Stu did fairly well, giving the team more forward impetus after they'd sat too deep in the first half. He had a couple of shots, with one beating the keeper, but going wrong side of the upright. One of his teammates scored from a freekick in the 89th minute.
I had a brief chat with him after the game, he flew in on Tues after the OFC final, and has been in Bangkok all week. This meant he'd barely trained with the side, and he was taking his suitcase, etc up to Khon Kaen tonight for the first time.
