Sydney 1-0 up at halftime.  Goal to Alex Brosque, set up by Juninho who has been absolutely superb.  We certainly dodged a bullet getting Sydney when he was injured...

Yeah.  Newcastle have created a few chances since Jardel went off at the half.  Griffiths isn't playing but Harper is still going on about him.

Much more even so far in the second half.

...and may I just say, how on earth did Frankie get in trouble in Sydney for saying dirty Aussie bastards when the Cove are quite clearly telling Newcastle to "f**k off home".

yeah that was a crock. It was probably cos they didnt like us chanting to their stewards.

Notice a few Sydney fans have taken off their shirts - as their avergae age is 15 they carry it off a bit better than our mob in Sydney the other week. i.e no fx of 30 years of fish suppers

yea that is the only chant sydney have. The Nick nak paddy wack one. Jets were terrible on saturday night. We missed griffo and stu alot.

yer im a tv whore. Always on there. The pub we drink at is using the a screenshot of the footage from the Wellington game to use as a huge photo on the wall. So happy :)
 
We had some alright numbers down in sydney, but should be alot more. Hopefully be a massive crew of us for the true A-league Derby this week v coasties
