Terry's son's name is Julian, not James. Don't know how he could
have mucked that up.

Yeah... I caught that as well and had a chuckle.

That would be the one thing in the article that you wouldn't want
to stuff up. It would be better to miscalculate his wealth
than to get his son's name wrong.

Ive just finished reading the article on terry in the dom post, he
seems like a very down to earth guy who has earned his way to the
money he has rather than been given it, i totally admire him for
what he did for the phoenix but not only that i did not realise
what he is doing for wellington city as well, this place is gonna
be amazing, he is building apartment blocks in dixon street and a
building in Petone, the IBM building and making them office blocks,
so hats off to the man, he is a multi-tasker and i have always said
that property is where you make the most money and he is very
business wise as well as football wise and thats talent.
like he said in the interview he is giving back to the
community and he is, he is giving people homes by building them,
creating new jobs (as he is building office blocks) and owns the
phoenix (a top class football team in wellington!, gives the
country something to shout about), its awesome
on a phoenix note he says he reckons we should be challenging
for the title in 2-3 years, i think that is about right to be
honest, i think next season will be a case of push for the
play-offs and try and win that and then the following season push
for the title ?? both may happen next season or one or the other,
but i like the fact he is talking about us having ambitions and
that in itself is exciting, as a team like perth glory are hardly
gonna win the a-league but with a team like the phoenix and
supporters, chariman etc we can challenge!! we are the
phoenix!!
all in all a top class interview, well done terry for a great
interview and best of luck for 2008 with your business plans and
lets hope its a great year for the phoenix next season!

Don't be fooled by the article!
Two reasons.
.. never mind the first...
SECOND!! Terry once sold me the worst shirt in the entire history of shirts. It was PINK to the Nth degree and it's the only thing in my life that I have worn half a time. Yet he had made me think it was an item I needed/wanted...

Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

Just make sure he doesn't persuade you to buy a pink
shirt
Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.
