It is to be stressed with utmost venom and contempt for the so
called "supporter", that this is an isolated incident, and knowing
that our own REAL supporters think similarly gives me huge hope
that this will NEVER occur again in NZ

Fred Woodcock's piece in the Dom Post today was the best summary of
the Phoenix season I have seen to date. Measured, realistic,
a modicum of perspective. If only all journalists took the
time to write or commentate like that. Haven't read the
Wellingtonian article - that's another rag that goes straight into
the recycling bin.

matt's been really good overall - but his intro yesterday,
whcih i cant remember exactly but was something along the lines of
"the spectre of football hooliganism has been raised in wgtn" -
whcih i would describe as "a stretch".
but he put much of our letter in which made us look
responsible, and he's been bloomin good at ensuring their is nix
coverage every week
take bad with good and all that guys. we cant be heroes every
thursday

Yeah, Your right. Matty is as top bloke, (even thought hes
Chelsea) but give that he should know the difference between 'being
