We're Forever Causing Trouble

So you set up a website.

But what have you done with it.
  • Got 3780 people to register, and even the 2448 who havent contributed by way of article, (No I didnt count them, I have other means) have still had the opportunity to share in the unrestricted footballing knowledge of those that have.
  • You have gathered the troops and arranged drinking holes and food outlets that will tolerate Football people.
  • You have kept the NZ football public, and others who have checked outside the closet door, informed of what is happening in this great game.
  • You have provided a chat room, not only for the Phoenix, but also The AW'S, TW, Clubs, regional football, overseas leagues, and mayoral candidates
  • You have enabled even a person who supports QPR to discuss football with others, be it all at a lower level.
  • You have totally destroyed the reputation of the real Frankie MacAvennie, but no one cares

But at the end of the day, WHO ARE YA.

Not a few guys who developed a website, not a couple of thousand fans who fit into a small section of the stadium, you / we / they are the football public of NZ and we are growing daily.

Lets all have a hikoi and march somewhere.

Proud of you all lads and ladeses

What you are are the people who have blown my allocated internet download quantity at work.  Bit bloody embarrassing that .  Now having to post more at home when I can shift the kids off the PC.

Love the site and the banter...

And it's international. The BEST site for NZ football in the world.

Good post. I must say that having a real NZ football chatsite that covers so many topics has been fantastic. It has a core of activity around the Phoenix but enables me to keep in touch on other football stuff too. Well done!

We are looking for an excuse to do a Kickoi. A march from the BB to Parliament - and then kick balls at the Beehive. If the NZ govt dont give NZF some $ soon - it's all on!

From the Backbencher to Parliament, that's not very far!

How about from the Fever Lounge to Parliament ... can stop at every pub on the way!

it's about ten metres. Long enough for me. I'd say we'd prob lose half the crowd who dont leave the pub

Correction. You have enabled QPR fans in New Zealand to communicate openly and know that they are not alone.

Just want to echo the sentiment of the OP! Applause for you all!!!
Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.
