A question about active users

When you look at active users there are always tons of guests but they are looking up very strange things from a long time ago for example one was looking up: NZ vs Colombia - Ring of Fire ! and sometimes it says Writing Reply but whats the point in writing in some article from last year when you are not even logged in.

My question is I doubt most of the guests are real people but what are they then?

Lurking paranoid alien spider bots are everywhere. That's a relief. I'll just go put my tinfoil hat back on and go have a nice safe rest in the lead-lined refrigerator
