That would be a good idea to get a YF team going. I've never done the round the bays run so will be as good a time as any.

Just nominate a likely leader and Ill contact them direct to set up the team and discuss  'options'

Remember to take time out from your celebrations to take a walk or jog and keep the training going for February 20. On that note we have just uploaded our training plans to the website �make use of these tried and true programmes to help you prepare for AMI Round the Bays and the New Balance Half Marathon. Les Mills also offer fantastic training and support so don�t forget that even over the holiday break you can pop in and talk to their experienced team.

Funny thing about this article is it has spurred on our biggest day of registrations yet- over 150 and counting, plus many many emails and phone calls from people asking if it is too late to enter! we have over 10,000 places to fill, so no, its not too late to enter...lulz
