Anti-racism demo on Sat 25th - anyone coming?
Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

I was there, well i watched from school. Walked across road, watched some of it when they squared off with the National Front and then went back to school. However when a fight broke out by the bus station i ran out to have a look. Way better than studying, thought there chanting was poor, reminded me a bit of Yellow Fever for the first couply games of the season

Agree with bopman's comment on the chanting. There were a couple of highs but generally "needs more work". Small group of women closest to the beehive side of the demo kept a chant going for ages. That shows promise.
The nazis were very poor. No highs just the usual stuff of "weird" and "gay". One gets some applause, backed by a crowd of mates, for improving on "gay" he got all the way to calling me "gay scum".

Interesting silence when an anti-fascist asked the question "hey kyle why did you burn down that marae?"    dairyflat2008-10-25 16:23:05
