Hey Team,

So one of my flatmates is an absolute f**king bunny-boiler and consequently we are all having to move out of our flat and fill all 3 bedrooms in the beginning of June. It's in

Hataitai - Wellington's sexiest suburb

Really awesome 3-bedroom place in Hataitai for $435 per week ($145 each)

Modern inside, renovated in 2005.
Warm, good sun.
5 min walk from Hataitai village which has Hell, Thai, Indian, Burger Wisconsin, Supremo Fish n chips (best in Welly by far), Chinese, 24 hour bakery in weekends. Friggin awesome for a sausage roll or 4 after a big night out. f**k. YEAH. Basically takeaway heaven. (Yes that IS why I have an El**ch-like profile, now piss off I'm sensitive about my weight)
Close to LOTS of buses (1 minute walk to bus stop for 14 and 5 routes that go to town buses every 5 mins in the morning on the way to work)
Mains gas (with indoor heater, outdoor heater and BBQ that run off it!)
All whiteware fridge, oven, dishwasher, washer dryer
Nice big BBQ area with 3-burner BBQ - Nice.
All rooms are good size doubles with big wardrobes for all your footie gear, dead prostitutes.

My pyscho hose-beast of a flatmate will be on the Mainland so I don't have to throw in a restraining order or mace, but can if you want me to.
