Anyone need a flat on the North Shore?

I'm moving out of my brother's place in Okura, near Long Bay (Auckland). It has a pool and a tennis court yet the rent is cheap. Really nice place, with really cool flatmates (I've had some terrible flatmates but everyone here is awesome!). Would be an awesome place if you worked on the Shore or go to Massey University. Unfortunately I work in the city, and the commute sucks, so I'm shifting. No one here really watches football here however, but they've tolerated me changing channel when the Nix are on. I'm keen to help find someone quickly to take my room as my brother could do with the rent. If anyone out there is keen, or knows someone, please PM me. Cheers!

How much is the rent??

About $150 (which considering the place is mental cheap) although it might go up a touch because my brother's discovered he has been undercharging me and everyone else! You keen?

My brother does watch the cricket though, but it's been me yelling at the tele alone for the football!

Sounds pretty good. But I won't be moving out for at least a few more months. As the bank is selling my Dads house.

Maybe some of these Wellingtonians want to move to the NORTH SHORE.
