anyone here a computer whizz? i accidentally deleted my 4,500 word research paper off my memory stick and was wondering if anyone knew how it can be recovered

found a program that can recover it. have to copy it all down again as to save the file will cost me $70 US, not agreeing with my student budget. now the race is on to copy it all in time to get to four kings
