Wellington is celebrating Australia Day this Monday 26th, 12noon at the Australian Garden, Botanic Gardens.

So come on up on the Cable Car and walk down the path towards the Kids Playground- the Aussie Garden is 200 metres on your right. Entertainment includes Aussie Folk Musicians & fair Dinkum prawns on the Barbie.

Its reported Shane Smeltz and Mossie may come along to fine tune their accent before they cross the ditch.

Ahh.. Its good to know that Australia day is celebrated here too.
Im not sure if i am keen on going to the event though.
I kind of thought the Australian garden was a joke when i found it.
