I need to translate this, and I'm having a hard time understanding it. Hope it isn't embarrasing

Never seen 'na' before
always ... hat ...

Google translate says
you always take into account the volume muetzen


Muetzen means hat; beanie-type, as far as I remember.


Might be able to make more sense if I knew the context.

that will stump you even more.. it was in the subject heading of an email. and the  only german in the email
