He makes his money via a large chunk of the license fee as part of his role as a public sector employee. (granted the beeb is structured differently from other public sector entities).

Not to mention a fair few of those other public sector workers who bought his tedious form of "entertainment" in the form of books and dvds.

So if his books and DVD's were bought by IRA members, he should support them as well?  What about the Taliban, the "Rights for Peado's" club, or Liverpool fans?

All I do is make the stuff I would've liked
Reference things I wanna watch, reference girls I wanna bite
Now I'm firefly like a burning kite
And yousa fake fuck like a fleshlight

Liverpool fans wouldn't "buy" the books and DVD's...

Nah I used to just write him off as a bit of a prick. However his continued wretched attacks on the poor and helpless or those facing hardships just f*cks me off after awhile, boring dull, sad, and sickening.

Just because he's sold a few dvd's and made a popular asinine tv series does not give him the right to abuse those less wealthy or powerful as him or the corporate monsters he works for.

His main show is on the Beeb, yet he can continually get away with tasteless "jokes" that would have any other presenter removed.  Product of our times and how sad they are.

Horrible man, he should not show such contempt for working people. Frankie as ever a real nice post.

Don't mind him too much but his comments were a bit ridiculous especially when you consider he doesn't have to worry about his pension like millions of others in the UK! Dickhead.
