the war (like most in history) seems to lack moral justification
 
and from what i can tell has been promoted on the basis of Whitehouse lies (i assume that US presidents lieing to 'the american people' - despite its precedents - is illegal)
 
therefore, for that reason alone i suggest that the war is illegal and those associated with funding it are criminals
