Anybody got one? If so, likes/dislikes? Recommendations?

Depends on how you feel about real books?
I have a Sony E-Reader (Thanks to the Nix) and hardly use it coz my preference is to have a book in hand and know how long i had to go based on the pages etc. And my eyes get tired from staring at a comp screen at work all day then looking at another screen when reading
However they are compect and don't take up too much room. And on some/most you can access wifi, but then why not buy a tablet which can do all of the above and more?
End of an era. Vinnie - It's over.
If anyone cares for my inane babbling follow @iluvnix17 on the Twitter.

The e-Ink screen on my e-reader makes it seems like it's not a screen, more like a page in a book. Reading books on my tablet is completely different though, I find it really hard on my eyes.
I use the kindle app on my phone and I really like it...A bit cheaper to get books and you get them instantly as well.
I saw The Warehouse advertising a Kindle for $149 (parallel imported), which is a good price. However, it's a sponsored version which means every so often an advertisement gets splashed on the screen. Is this correct? Anybody know how annoying this is or not? Thoughts?
I suggest for that money you go to www.mp4nation.net and get yourself a 7" Tablet. I purchased one of the Ainol (yes i know what it sounds like) Android tablets for around $150 nz and recieved it within 3 days. you just have to switch the keyboard to English and uninstall the pre-installed chinese apps. i got a good e-pub reader and have been installing free books for a while now
