Unsure if this has been posted here before: but this is a great, independent tool to see how much you could save on your current power bill!
Power plans, prices and offers change frequently so good to check at least once or twice a year.

Cool, thanks! I got something called "Flick" as my best option. Genesis came out ahead of Contact. I'll re check that once we have a better idea of our power usage. Only have one month to base it on at this point.
Update time. Oil heater drink money as Jeff said. But in our last place we found the eco wall panel dranl the electricity even more so we shut that off.
In the place of residence now, had the first power bill from Trustpower. Running two heat pumps almost non stop on 23 degrees for a month as I want to compare prices with Genises's $500+ from this time last year. Result? $181 with the 15% discount or about $203 without it. Therefore a saving of over $300 for the same billing period. Am i glad - you fudgeen bet!
Go fudge yourself Genises.

Wow! We're locked in with Genesis for a year, but will definitely look into switching next year. Glad your bills are lower. That's great savings!
Oh and Trust Power were running a great "special" I am now using Ultra high speed broadband - unlimited amount, on fibre optic cable for $49 per month for the 1st 12 months and then $79 per month for the 12 months thereafter. And there was no installation fee either.
