Hey, Gareth remember you own a football team - how about "wanting to share the experience" of a twenty-goals-a season striker or an ace attacking midfielder and "making that happen"?

Speaking of Greg Brown, anybody remember Greg Brown the striker who played for Napier and Miramar in the 80's before moving to Aussie to play NSL and ending up in the national team over there? Good player, Nix could use someone like that now. His brother Danny played for BNU for many years.

Off-season beginning now:

However, anti-cat activist Gareth Morgan said banning dangerous dog breeds was the best way to prevent attacks, and correct training also played a part.

Junior82 endorses this!

I'm surprised that Gareth hasn't advocated sending our NZ cats to North Korea.

(Could be useful in times of famine there)

I was going to say that would be "killing two birds with one stone" - but that would be inappropiate....

Moved from Wellington Phoenix Discussion to Off-Topic given it seems like Gareth doesn't give a flying fudge about the Nix now.

Nah, he just seems to be off doing things elsewhere. And most of the recent chat in this thread has had nothing to do with the Phoenix. Hence Off Topic.

The last 3 posts* on this thread all mention the Nix or Fever activities though - time to shift it back?

As long as he cares enough to keep transferring a pile of his own dosh to the Nix each month, I am happy that he is saving the world one cat / kiwi / stoat / ferret / North Korean at a time
