So last night I woke up at 1.30am to hear what sounded like controlled explosions. I txt my flat mate to see if I was going bonkers and he could hear them to.
Does anyone know why I would have heard such explosions and what the hell was going on?
After it finished there were no sirens, no yelling as the valley descended back into silence.

The time delays between each explosion was the same, sounded like demo crews doing their thing.

Would make sense. Demo/construction crews often work at night when the noise during the day may effect businesses.
