Symptoms: Always feeling bloated. Can't eat or drink anything with out wanting to throw it up. Have been dry renching all day on the toilet and just bringing up massive burps.

Not hassling you mate, but I do find it quite funny that you come on to this forum for medical advice.
P.S. If the burps smell like eggs, its definitely food poisoning, and you can expect your other end to start moving soon as well.
