Based on their posts here, who would you most like to meet in real life?
I've already met quite a few people, but I would like to meet Terminator X. He seems funny and smart, even if Public Enemy are one of those bands I appreciate but could never love.
Probably a bunch of others too, there are a few people I would like to see but probably wouldn't want to talk to!

I kinda prefer not to meet anyone.
Most of what is said on here is not personal. If someone calls me a grumpy cunt or a fuckwit, it's just my forum tag and my persona on here. I can sit in smugness at my end going 'that's ok, you don't know me'. If I meet you, then all my preconceived ideas are out the window cause invariably, you are not going to be the twat/dickhead/cool guy I thought you were and will most likely be a nice normal person. This place gives freedom to express opinions that would not be said out in joe public or in a regular conversation if we met. I've got my first name and last initial if you really want to figure out who I am but what does it achieve? All it will do is destroy your preconceived idea of who I am and you'll never read my posts as I intend them the same way again.

Fully agree JV. I don't think I'm too much like my 'forum persona' so its a bit weird meeting people and getting introduced as tegal - it makes it instantly weird. Having said that it is kind of interesting to match the persona to the actual person and find out what they're really like. I met a few people from here in Auckland and in Wellington eventually find out who people are on here, and eventually I just read their posts the same as I did before I met them.
