Freeview - No Signal - Anyone know?

Hey guys,

I hope someone round here knows what to do, I bought a freeview receiver and plugged it in and I keep getting no signal displayed, Its driving me nuts, how do I fix this?

Ring the number on the box if there is one?
I'm guessing they would have some sort of help line.

Nothing on the box coz i went the cheap way and bought a cheap one off trademe...

What brand is it?  Have you been through the tuning instructions?

It is a Supermax 1010, there was no instructions, I have played with settings, tried to tune, nothing.

Maybe i will have to pay someone darn it

Satelite.

I have been told apparently the dish may need moving?
